CBD isolate means that it is 100% CBD. A full spectrum means that it has trace amounts of other cannabinoids in it. A full spectrum can have up to .3% THC in it, along with many other cannabinoids. This is still not a large enough amount of THC to get you high. Some studies suggest that a full spectrum can offer a wider array of health benefits than an isolate. However, other studies suggest that an isolate is better suited for certain conditions than a full spectrum. It’s best to experiment to see what is best for you.
